Product Description
The 46 Chair | Finn Juhl | 1947
A year after designing the 46 Armchair for Bovirke in 1946, Finn Juhl created a slightly more minimalist version without armrests, now simply known as the 46 Chair. Like its sibling, the 46 Chair offers excellent comfort to the seated person, features intricate details, and represents the very best of Danish Modern furniture design. The chair is upholstered by hand in Denmark in leather or textile. The frame is available in oak or walnut.
Finn Juhl clearly attempted to emphasize the lightness of the chair by separating the carried and the carrying elements. Beautifully crafted from a solid wooden frame in oak or walnut, combined with a seat and backrest upholstered in textile or leather. The chair is also available with armrests.
