01 Semi - finished Product Screening
● Carefully inspect the hardware components to ensure there are no defects;
● Strictly compare the wood materials to avoid color differences that may affect the aesthetics;
● Examine the leather surface to guarantee its luster and color integrity;
● Conduct structural and firmness tests on the chair's inner frame, and carry out a trial installation of semi-finished products to identify potential problems in advance.
02 On-Site Inspection During Operation-Monitor Production Quality in Real-time
● In the cutting process, we ensure the straightness of the cut materials, strictly following the 1:1 template for accurate sizing.
● During the sewing process in the stitching team, we closely monitor the sewing of the cut pieces to ensure smooth and even stitching lines.
● The upholstery team must evenly spread the cotton as required, correctly position and firmly fix the leather cover.
03 Precise Assembly-Create a Stable Chair
During the assembly, our experienced worker will accurately align the holes and follow the specific sequence of installing accessories. First, use a spirit level to fix and ensure left-right symmetry and alignment. After the initial fixation, re-check with the spirit level, and use a glass plate to ensure that the chair legs touch the ground horizontally, therefore laying the foundation for the chair's stability.
04 Overall Inspection and Adjustment
Comprehensively arrange the chair to present the best overall visual effect. During which we will pay special attention to the left-right symmetry of the chair in order to ensure that the strength meets the standard through professional testing. At the same time, adjust the level to ensure that the chair is symmetric, coordinated, and comfortable for use.
05 Sample Retention and Timely Feedback-Keep Customers Informed
To ensure the traceability of each chair's quality, we will take photos of the finished product from multiple angles for record-keeping. Meanwhile, the on-duty business staff will promptly inform the customer of the product completion, providing you with the latest information on the chair's production progress and quality.
